The Export Inspection Agency under Commerce Ministry has fraudulently obtained my Voluntary Retirement through a manipulated Executive Fiat dated 21^st.May 1994, in violation of all Constitutional provisions & Pension act. As I have not surrendered my Rights accrued under Central Civil Service Pension Rules, Please direct the Commerce Ministry to issue Pension Payment Order as per Rule 48A of CCSPR-1972.
